At JXCL, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. Once your order has been placed, please allow time for processing before it is dispatched.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Ireland: 1–3 business days
• UK: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• Rest of World: 5–12 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed dates. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside of JXCL’s control.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking where available. Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. Any customs duties or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. JXCL is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Certain JXCL releases may be available exclusively through pre-order. Pre-orders allow us to produce pieces in limited quantities and ensure every garment meets our standards before it reaches you.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order products are not ready to ship immediately. Your order will be produced and shipped once the pre-order period has ended and production is complete. The estimated shipping window for each pre-order will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time the pre-order is placed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a pre-order item and agree to the estimated production and shipping timeline provided.

Shipping

Pre-order items will be shipped once production is complete. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

Delays

Our estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Production, quality control, manufacturing, or shipping circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

If there is a significant change to the expected timeline, we will communicate this to customers as soon as possible.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because pre-orders are produced specifically based on demand, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, except where required by applicable consumer law. If a pre-order is cancelled by JXCL or cannot be fulfilled, customers will receive a full refund.

Returns

Pre-order items are subject to the same return policy as our regular releases once they have been delivered. Please make sure you select the correct size before placing your order.

Returns

• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in its original packaging where possible

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without their original tags may not be accepted.
